Upset because of his reassigment to park patrol, drug agent Axel Garret finds himself being drawn deeper and deeper into the sleazy world of street hustling. Finding his career at stake, he has to make the decision of "which lifestyle do I want to lead?" The decision becomes all the harder to make as he discovers that his "real" job is sleazier than any of the hustlers he meets.
